PE-Xc Heating Pipes

Schtezor PE-Xc pipes feature resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, good wear resistance, flexibility and elasticity, and excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, making them suitable for various construction environments and very easy to install. The product is physically cross-linked, forming a strong three-dimensional network molecular structure, which ensures uniform cross-linking, stable physical properties, high mechanical strength, and hygienic purity. Continuous creep strength tests have proven that it can be used in a super wide temperature range of -70~110°C, with a lifespan of over 50 years. Therefore, Schtezor PE-Xc pipes are suitable for underfloor heating and high-temperature radiator connections. Additionally, since the product is produced using physical cross-linking without any chemical cross-linking agents, the pipes are particularly clean and hygienic, making them suitable for transporting various fluids like drinking water and purified water.

Five-Layer Oxygen Barrier Pipes:

Schtezor PE-Xc pipes come in single-layer and five-layer structures. Single-layer pipes are mainly used for drinking water systems and other flow-based installations, while five-layer pipes are mostly used for heating applications or other areas where oxygen barriers are required.

Schtezor five-layer PE-Xc pipes use the world's most advanced five-layer structure: the inner layer is made of PE-Xc; the middle EVOH oxygen barrier layer effectively blocks oxygen from entering, protecting the system's metal parts from corrosion and extending the system's lifespan; the outer PE protective layer keeps the EVOH oxygen barrier safe even in rough or uneven installation conditions. The middle adhesive layer permanently bonds the oxygen barrier to the inner and outer layers.
