Advantages of stainless steel manifolds:

1. Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel forms a thin oxide layer on its surface when exposed to air, which can repair itself if scratched.

2. Impact resistance: Stainless steel manifolds have excellent mechanical properties, with strength three times that of copper. They can withstand hammering and thermal expansion and contraction without leaking or bursting, and are fire-resistant.

3. Thermal expansion coefficient: Stainless steel has a low thermal expansion coefficient, making it especially suitable for hot and cold water supply, and compared to other materials, it expands and contracts more slowly.

4. Hygiene indicators: Thanks to stainless steel's strong corrosion resistance, it not only keeps the water clean and free from contamination but also prevents scale from building up on the inside of the pipes.

5. Service life: The lifespan of stainless steel (even under periodic vibrations) has been proven by real-world corrosion tests to be over 100 years. Stainless steel requires almost no maintenance, significantly reducing the chance of leaks and avoiding the cost and hassle of replacing manifold systems.

Copper Manifold:  

The schtezor copper manifold uses high-quality HPb59-1 brass according to national standards. Its natural copper color is treated with an anti-oxidation coating to prevent corrosion. It has high density and good stability. The main pipe and branch pipes are seamlessly integrated for complete leak-proof performance. With a wall thickness of 3.5mm, it’s safer and more durable. It also has a visible flow meter, making it easy to adjust the hydraulic balance of each branch and see real-time flow.
